Nano Live, LLC provides hardware repair services exclusively for Ledger hardware wallets and Ledger Live software support. Our services include:

Important Notice: Nano Live, LLC does NOT buy, sell, trade, or exchange any cryptocurrency or NFTs. We are purely a hardware wallet repair service.

We will never ask for your recovery seed phrase, private keys, or wallet passwords. Our repair services are strictly hardware-focused and do not require access to your cryptographic secrets. If anyone claiming to represent Nano Live asks for this information, it is fraudulent.

3. Repair Process

3.1 Submitting a Repair Request

To request a repair, you must submit accurate information about your device and the issues you're experiencing through our online form or by contacting customer service.

3.2 Shipping

After receiving a preliminary quote, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. You are responsible for properly packaging your device to prevent damage during transit.

3.3 Diagnosis

Upon receipt, our technicians will diagnose your device and provide a final quote. If the final quote differs from the preliminary quote, you will be notified before any work begins.

3.4 Authorization

No repair work will begin until you authorize the final quote. You may decline the repair and request your device be returned (diagnostic fee applies).

3.5 Completion and Return

Once repairs are complete, your device will be shipped back using insured shipping with tracking.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed after device diagnosis. Payment is due upon authorization of repair work. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

The diagnostic fee ($29-$39) is waived if you proceed with the repair. If you decline repair, the diagnostic fee will be charged and your device returned.

If you do not respond to communications regarding your device or fail to pay for services within 60 days, your device may be considered abandoned. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before disposing of abandoned devices.

8. Independent Service Provider

Nano Live is an independent repair service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ledger, Trezor, KeepKey, or any hardware wallet manufacturer. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

Repairs performed by Nano Live may void manufacturer warranties. Please check your manufacturer warranty before requesting service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nano Live and protected by copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
